1) If an Item on your order is being unavailable, we will contact you on the phone number provided to us at the time of purchasing order and inform you of such unavailability. In such an event you will be entitled to cancel the entire order and shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
2) We reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstances
a) In the event of the designated address falls outside the delivery zone offered by us
b) Failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery
c) Failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of purchasing
d) Unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of placing the order
3) All orders placed on Grabcery can be canceled or rescheduled at any point in time before the shopper begins purchasing the ordered items for you. Grabcery shall have a right to charge you a cancellation fee of a minimum INR 50 up to the order value, with a right to either not to refund the order value or recover from your subsequent order. In case of cancellations for the reasons attributable to Grabcery and store partners, Grabcery shall not charge you any cancellation fee.
You are eligible for a refund only in the event of following circumstances:
1) If an item is incorrect, missing, or damaged at the time of delivery, please register a complaint via the app within 48 hours for non-perishable items and 12 hours for perishable items. Perishable items include fruits, vegetables, meat and dairy products.
2) The products should be in the same condition as they were when delivered .Pick-ups shall be made for products once validated by the Shopper.
3) Grabcery canceling your order due to (A) your delivery location following outside our designated delivery zones;(B) failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of purchase
4) When you are canceling the ordered items due to unavailability of the items you ordered during the shopper’s purchase
Once your return order is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you the status of your refund request. If your request is approved, then the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your bank account, within 4-7 working days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, don’t worry as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
